The January 2023 results are in, and I am so excited to share that even amidst the backdrop of a national slowdown, the Capital District remains strong, and Christine Serafini has had a record month of activity.

Christine's January Activity:

5️⃣ π™Žπ™Šπ™‡π˜Ώ Transactions

9️⃣ New π™‹π™€π™‰π˜Ώπ™„π™‰π™‚ Sales

3️⃣ 𝙉𝙀𝙒 Listings and all under contract

Schenectady County buyers remain in high demand and continue to outpace supply.

For the month of #January, in Schenectady County, there were over 1000 single family home tours scheduled for buyers. At this time, there are just under 160 single family homes for sale in Schenectady County.

The big takeaway is that home inventory is in high demand, and if you are thinking about selling, reach out to me.

We can discuss your options, your market value, and what factors to consider when making your decision to sell.

I am never too busy for your business or your referrals.

My goal is to keep you informed of where the market is locally and how I can help you reach your goal of buying or selling property successfully. Reach out to me anytime Christine Serafini @mirandarealestategroup (518) 514-8830
